Refund policy

At Orisha Teeth Whitening, we value your time and strive to provide professional cosmetic whitening services.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

These policies are designed to protect appointment availability, scheduling efficiency, and the overall client experience. 


1. Deposits

Certain appointments may require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit of $100 to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the total scheduled service amount.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree that booking deposits compensate for reserved appointment time, scheduling allocation, and service preparation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may transfer their deposit one time toward a future appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in:

  • Forfeiture of booking deposit;

  • Cancellation fees up to 50% of the scheduled service amount;

  • Restrictions on future bookings.

Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in:

  • Forfeiture of booking deposit;

  • Charges up to 50% of the scheduled service amount;

  • Restrictions or refusal of future bookings.

Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients are provided a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may result in:

  • Reduced appointment time;

  • Appointment rescheduling;

  • Cancellation at our discretion.

Full or partial service fees may still apply due to reserved scheduling time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the cosmetic nature of our services, refunds are not provided once services have been completed, except where required by applicable law.

Completed services are considered accepted once the appointment has concluded. 

We do not guarantee specific whitening outcomes.

Whitening results vary based on enamel composition, existing stains, lifestyle habits, oral hygiene, genetics, and previous dental work. 

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Individual result variation;

  • Lifestyle-related staining recurrence;

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions;

  • Existing dental conditions;

  • Unrealistic expectations.

5.1 Product Returns & Refunds

This section applies to physical products purchased through our website or online store.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition;

  • Include all original packaging where applicable;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, worn, altered, or tampered products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, clients must notify us within 7-10 business days of delivery and provide supporting photos upon request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.

5.2 Training Programs, Courses & Certification Purchases

Refund eligibility for training programs, certification programs, workshops, educational materials, mentorship services, coaching services, digital content, downloadable resources, and related educational offerings shall be governed by the refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, access to digital materials, downloadable content, course portals, training resources, certification materials, live training sessions, or educational content may affect refund eligibility.

Orisha Teeth Whitening reserves the right to deny refunds where training materials, educational resources, digital content, certification materials, or program access have already been provided or substantially accessed.

Training Programs, Services, and Products are governed by separate applicable agreements.

6. Promotional Sales

Promotional offers, discounted packages, memberships, gift cards, training programs, certification programs, special pricing, bundled services, subscription offerings, and limited time offers may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

Promotional pricing may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 

Promotional purchases, discounted packages, memberships, gift cards, and special pricing are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Package Expiration

If applicable, prepaid packages or promotional sessions must be used within 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking services, purchasing products, enrolling in training programs, purchasing certification programs, subscribing to memberships, or otherwise conducting business with Orisha Teeth Whitening, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to:

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy;

  • Our Terms & Conditions;

  • Our Privacy Policy;

  • Any required Consent & Liability Waivers.

Clients acknowledge that policies may be updated periodically and that the most current version will be available on our website.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Orisha Teeth Whitening regarding any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with their financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel any financial obligations owed under applicable agreements or policies.

Orisha Teeth Whitening reserves the right to provide booking records, communications, signed agreements, policy acknowledgments, purchase records, attendance records, delivery confirmations, and other supporting documentation in response to chargeback or payment disputes.
