Welcome to Orisha Teeth Whitening (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, booking systems, communications, and cosmetic teeth whitening services.

By accessing our website, booking appointments, submitting forms, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Cosmetic Service Disclaimer

Orisha Teeth Whitening is a non-medical cosmetic teeth whitening business and is not a dental or medical practice.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent dental or medical conditions.

Our services are cosmetic in nature only

Clients voluntarily self-administer cosmetic whitening products while receiving general guidance and cosmetic application support from staff members.

Clients should consult a licensed dentist or healthcare provider regarding dental concerns, oral disease, gum conditions, cavities, tooth pain, or other medical issues.

Products offered by Orisha Teeth Whitening are manufactured in compliance with applicable cosmetic product manufacturing standards through professional third-party manufacturing partners.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old OR have parental/legal guardian consent

  • The information you provide is accurate

  • You understand the cosmetic nature of our services

  • You voluntarily choose to receive cosmetic whitening services

For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must:

  • Provide written consent prior to service;

  • Attend the appointment or provide verified remote authorization;

  • Complete and sign a Parent/Guardian Consent Form;

  • Accept full responsibility for all service-related decisions and acknowledgments.

3. Training Programs & Educational Services

Orisha Teeth Whitening may offer Training Programs governed by a separate Training & Certification Agreement.

Participation is subject to separate agreements.

In the event of conflict, the Training & Certification Agreement shall control matters specifically related to training and certification programs.

4. Certification Disclaimer

Any certificate issued by Orisha Teeth Whitening reflects successful completion of a specific training program only.

Certificates issued by Orisha Teeth Whitening do not constitute:

  • Government licensing;

  • Professional accreditation;

  • State approval;

  • Legal authorization to operate a business;

  • Professional credentials recognized by governmental agencies; or

  • A guarantee of expertise or business success.

Participants remain solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and business obligations applicable to their jurisdiction.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Orisha Teeth Whitening reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services to any individual at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Suspected policy violations;

  • Failure to follow service guidelines;

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity;

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse future bookings where necessary to protect staff, clients, business operations, or service quality.

6. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may require advance scheduling and/or deposits.

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time;

  • Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions;

  • Provide accurate intake information;

  • Comply with all policies disclosed before service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

7. Pricing & Payments

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Require deposits;

  • Refuse service for non-payment;

  • Cancel promotions or pricing errors;

  • Modify service offerings at any time.

8. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information and booking services, clients authorize Orisha Teeth Whitening to charge applicable deposits, service fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, membership fees, or other agreed-upon charges in accordance with our published business policies.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy Reference

By booking services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, including policies regarding deposits, cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.

Booking appointments constitutes acceptance of all published business policies.

That policy governs:

  • Deposits

  • Cancellations

  • Rescheduling

  • No-shows

  • Refund eligibility

  • Promotional sales

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy shall control specifically with respect to refunds, cancellations, deposits, no-shows, late arrivals, rescheduling, and related appointment or payment policies.

10. Membership Programs

Orisha Teeth Whitening may offer membership programs, recurring service plans, loyalty programs, subscription offerings, or other membership-based benefits.

Membership participation may be subject to separate Membership Terms & Conditions.

Membership Programs are separate from Training Programs and governed by separate agreements.

11. Wholesale & Professional Use Responsibility

Wholesale, professional-use, private-label, and business customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, labeling requirements, marketing claims, and distribution requirements within their jurisdiction.

12. No Business Success, Income, or Results Guarantee

Business outcomes are not guaranteed. See Training & Certification Agreement for training-related disclosures.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, educational content, marketing examples, and success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

13. Consent & Liability Waiver Reference

By receiving services, you acknowledge that you may be required to sign a separate Consent & Liability Waiver prior to cosmetic whitening service.

That waiver contains important disclosures regarding:

  • Cosmetic whitening risks

  • Sensitivity disclosures

  • Assumption of risk

  • Limitation of liability

  • Client responsibilities

14. Results Disclaimer

Results vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific whitening shades;

  • Uniform results;

  • Duration of results;

  • Permanent whitening;

  • Compatibility with crowns, veneers, fillings, or dental restorations.

  • Lifestyle habits, oral hygiene, genetics, diet, medications, and existing dental conditions may affect outcomes.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website;

  • Attempt unauthorized access;

  • Use automated scraping tools;

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission;

  • Submit false or misleading information.

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate usage for violations.

16. Website Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that information presented on our website, booking platforms, social media pages, advertisements, and marketing materials is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or continuously available.

Prices, promotions, service descriptions, availability, and business policies may change at any time without notice.

17. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, website content, marketing materials, photographs, videos, designs, text, and business materials associated with Orisha Teeth Whitening are the property of the business unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use, or exploitation of any materials is prohibited without prior written permission from Orisha Teeth Whitening.

18. Educational Materials & Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, manuals, guides, templates, forms, checklists, worksheets, systems, educational content, business resources, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Orisha Teeth Whitening unless otherwise stated.

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use such materials solely for their own lawful business or educational purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to participants. This license grants only a limited right to use the materials and does not confer exclusive ownership, exclusive rights, or any interest in the intellectual property of Orisha Teeth Whitening.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, shared, sublicensed, resold, licensed, modified, reverse engineered, incorporated into other training programs, or used to create competing educational, certification, consulting, coaching, or training programs without prior written permission from Orisha Teeth Whitening.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access, revocation of certification, legal action, injunctive relief, monetary damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

19. Assumption of Risk

By receiving cosmetic whitening services, using whitening products, participating in training programs, or attending educational events, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume all risks associated with such participation.

You acknowledge that individual experiences, outcomes, and results may vary and agree to use your own judgment when implementing information, recommendations, procedures, or business practices discussed through our services or educational programs.

This includes both cosmetic services and participation in Training Programs.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orisha Teeth Whitening shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or related damages arising from:

  • Website use

  • Booking systems

  • Cosmetic whitening services

  • Product purchases

  • Scheduling interruptions

  • Allergic reactions

  • Dissatisfaction with cosmetic results

This limitation applies equally to both cosmetic services and Training Programs.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website and business operations may utilize third-party platforms, software providers, payment processors, booking systems, communication tools, marketing services, or external platforms.

Orisha Teeth Whitening is not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, security incidents, technical failures, or operational issues caused by third-party systems outside of our direct control.

Your use of our website, services, training programs, certification programs, educational resources, and related materials is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

23. SMS & Marketing Communications

By submitting your contact information, you may receive:

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

25. Order of Precedence

If a conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable Orisha Teeth Whitening agreement, policy, waiver, consent form, membership agreement, training agreement, refund policy, or service-specific agreement, the document most directly governing the applicable service, product, program, transaction, or relationship shall control to the extent of the conflict.

For clarity, Training & Certification Agreement governs Training Programs, while these Terms govern Services and Membership Programs.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
